Boneyard Pt. I - Oscar Socarras

I've never visited an airport that didn't have a boneyard of some kind. The following images were captured in January of 2005 showing a variety of aircraft in all their glory as well as the beginning of their scrapped stage. Only a few of these aircraft remain others has been recycled, sold for parts or even reused into some kind of furniture.

1954 Fairchild C-123K now located at Hagerstown Aviation Museum, MD (N681DG); 1964 Antonov An-12B still airworthy (UK-11418); DC-3 unknown; 1945 Douglas C-54G Skymaster repossessed and auctioned as scrap by the City of Douglas, GA (N708Z).
